Please be aware that your credit-card registration order will appear in your monthly-transaction statement as being charged to either “MSM PRODUCTIONS, LTD.” or “DEAF LIFE PRESS.”
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can cancel it for a refund.
We now charge a $5.00 cancellation fee for all canceled subscriptions that have already begun.
This offsets the additional time, trouble, and postage involved in processing a cancellation.
We will send you a full refund for new, unstarted subscriptions (i.e., if no issues have yet been sent).
We charge a standard penalty of $35.00 for each bad check returned by our bank.
This includes bounced checks, stop-payments, or checks that are otherwise dishonored.
We ask all subscribers to keep us informed of address changes promptly (preferably in advance).
We will hold your subscription on request. Because the USPS charges us for every issue destroyed
as undeliverable and unforwardable, we charge a $1.00 replacement fee for each one, plus $5.00 for a replacement.
